Together for Change Coventry and Warwickshire (TFC) is a charitable joint venture, working in partnership with the Diocese of Coventry, to support and empower communities across the Diocese. Our mission is to equip churches in the lowest income communities and collaborate with churches, charities and local agencies to address the challenges of poverty, deprivation, and disadvantage. We are committed to building sustainable, locally-led solutions that bring lasting, positive change in Coventry and Warwickshire.
