The Diocese of Coventry mission strategy is “worshipping God, making new disciples and transforming communities”.

With this in mind, Together for Change was formed as a charitable joint venture between the Diocese of Coventry and the Church Urban Fund, to resource and equip churches to transform their communities and tackle issues of systematic poverty.

Together for Change works in partnership with the Diocese of Coventry by assisting in the delivery of its mission purpose and Our Shared Future Diocesan Strategy. To do so, TFC seek to align its actions in support of the Diocese of Coventry’s vision and key commitments within their strategic framework. This has included our work in equipping and empowering priority parishes and the launch of ‘Saints’ projects across our Diocese.
