Together for Change (“TFC”) works in partnership with churches, local authorities, charities and local agencies to develop projects that will bring about lasting positive community transformation.

Formed with the mission to resource and equip churches, TFC focuses on empowering and equipping our most deprived parishes. Our goal is to support and build the capacity of churches, individuals, and local community groups—whether of faith or no faith— to tackle poverty, deprivation, and disadvantage to bring lasting positive change.
