WARWICKSHIRE
COUNTY COUNCIL
At Together for Change, we work closely with local authorities to support the advancement of our mission, which is to see positive change in our local communities.
We have partnered with Warwickshire County Council to support key initiatives at Saints Central project and to support the launch and establishment of our second Saints project in Bar Pool.

Saints Central
We secured funding from the Warwickshire County Council Social Impact Fund and Warwickshire County Council Household Support Fund to run a range of community support initiatives at our flagship Saints Central project. This has included our winter warmer activities, free children’s food and activities during the school holidays and health and wellbeing programmes.
The Warwickshire County Council Green Shoots Community Climate Change Fund, which provides grant funding to community projects to mitigate against the impact of climate change, supported our Saints Central Phase 2 Renovations by enabling us to restore our original stain glass windows.
We have also partnered with Warwickshire County Council through the Youth Work Fund to support the delivery of our Saints Student Lounge. Saints Student Lounge offers a safe space for young people to hang out, including support for their homework, laptops available to use, and life skills workshops, as well as a free hot meal.
At Saints Central, we partnered with Warwickshire County Council, Nuneaton Foodbank and Warwickshire CAVA to create an online directory and webpage called ‘Nuneaton and Bedworth Grub and Hub’. The aim is to feature all the opportunities to receive support through the winter months from councils, local businesses, community groups, charities and religious groups.
Saints BAR POOL
We have partnered with the Warwickshire County Council Social Fabric Fund to launch and establish our second Saints project in Bar Pool.
Saints Bar Pool will provide a community-led warm welcome for local people to enjoy, access activities and courses, and engage with various agencies and partners. We will focus on tackling issues related to unemployment, training, education, skills development, income and crime, as well as any further issues identified through local people.
This project has been fully funded for two years thanks to the Warwickshire County Council Social Fabric Fund, and our aim is to grow the project as a social enterprise, with a long-term goal of becoming more self-sustaining.
