Our 2025 Annual Report Is Here!
2025 was a year of significant growth for Together for Change. Through our projects and partnerships, we remained committed to our mission of empowering churches and alleviating poverty and financial hardship in some of the most deprived parishes across the Diocese.
There is much to celebrate from the past year, including the completion of the upstairs renovation of the George Muller Hall at Saints, our continued support for the Camp Hill Parish Church revitalisation project, and our work alongside a number of priority parishes. Together, these achievements have helped lay strong foundations for future growth and impact.

Reflecting on the year, Jet Jones, CEO and Director of Regeneration and Community Transformation, said:
"It has been a joy to expand the space at Saints through the renovation of the George Muller Hall, the refurbishment of our toilets, and the installation of a new state-of-the-art kitchen. It has been wonderful to see the community making use of and benefiting from these improved facilities. We are incredibly grateful to Mayway Construction, Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council, and the Inclusive Communities Fund at Heart of England Community Foundation, whose support and partnership helped turn this vision into reality.
Our work alongside churches has also continued throughout 2025, supporting, fundraising for, and project managing initiatives in some of the Diocese's most disadvantaged communities. It is a privilege to work alongside churches and community leaders who dedicate so much of their time and energy to supporting others and bringing lasting change to their neighbourhoods."
Finally, our sincere thanks go to all the staff, volunteers, trustees, funders, partners, and supporters who have played a part in our journey throughout 2025.
