We're pleased to share with you the latest project update for our Saints Central project! In this report you can read all about the work we've been doing in Nuneaton over the past year.

CEO Jet Jones said in her foreword:

"We are delighted to highlight the incredible work that has happened at Saints this past year, and to celebrate the hard work of the staff and volunteers. It has been an incredible year, with lots of exciting developments.

There is much to celebrate, and we are grateful to every staff member, volunteer, partner and customer who have joined us on the journey.

Over the past year we have:

  • Distributed 1595 food hampers, free meals and subsidised meals, easing food insecurity for families, low income households and pensioners.

  • Delivered two “Budget Bites” cookery courses, teaching people to prepare nutritious meals on a budget.

  • Provided work experience, barista training and enterprise support, and helped some of our volunteers progress into paid work and even help one launch a small business.

  • Renovated the George Müller Hall, creating a community space which is now used daily by KE6 College to inspire young people through drama and the arts - with so much more planned for this space!

  • Supported care leavers through our “Thrive” life-skills programme, empowering young adults to live independently.

  • Hosted regular wellbeing and support groups tackling loneliness, mental health, and social isolation.

And so much more!
